In 1859, he mastered the properties in Vinograd (1,500 Hectares in Kolomeisk district of Galitia, Austria), had 5 houses, vineyards & 11 shops (lodges) in Botosani, and the Estates of Tibirica (Ziberica) and Hoginesti in Moldova (3,000 Hectares).

Gherasim married Elena Avedis OHANOV, daughter of Count Avedis Isai OHANOV and Sultana Nikitana BUICLIU, in 1853 in Chisinau, , , Moldova.
