Graduated from Moscow university in 1874.
In 1891 mastered the Estates of Paulesti, Tibirica and Hoginesti in Bessarabia (Moldova).Was living in Tibirica in 1891.

Also owned warehouses with wine in Kiev, Vinita, Berdicev, Cerkasov and Belaia Tzerkovi.

In 1908, the guardian of his properties was Constantin Egor Goilov, son of Egor (Gheorge) Goilov who lived in Chisinau, 75 Podolisk Street.
